I am a huge fan of bananas (the fruit, of course!). They are packed with potassium, which helps you learn more by keeping you alert. They’re also high in antioxidants, and they taste GREAT in so many varieties! What’s not to love?
I usually have a banana a day (you should, too!) in my super simple breakfast smoothie (will post a recipe for that tomorrow). Today, I felt like having something a tad sweeter (while still being health-conscious). I also tossed in some oats and almonds for a more nutritional value, and a slight crunch to this moist loaf.
